Unless otherwise stated in the product detail, these policies apply to all products sold on this site.

We do not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation.
Prices are per person in CAD$, unless otherwise specified.
Prices include GST and local taxes unless otherwise stated.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Not included as part of the services we offer are any applicable attraction admission, foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger facility charges and international transportation tax unless otherwise stated.
Certain products may involve charges like car parking, fuel surcharge and airport taxes or security deposit that are over and above the stated price on the this website. You will have to pay these directly to the relevant service providers in order to consume the service.
Passports and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; beverages and food not listed and all other items of a personal nature are also not included.
You should retain sufficient local currency to pay for all of the above items if necessary.
Tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers, and local guides are not included and to the discretion of the visitor.
A gratuity amount for exceptional service is 20%.
Changes or cancellations can be made anytime before 24 hours prior your scheduled tour, unless otherwise specified. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable. Please note that no shows or missed departures will not be refunded.
No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on any unused tier products and attraction packages (Classic, Classic +, Premium Pass)

Reservations changes are based on availability and additional fees may be applied.
Duration of tours may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance, and size of the group. While Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing will endeavor to conduct the tour as indicated, all tours are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for damaged personal items in transit.
Wheelchair & Scooter Policy:
Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing cannot accommodate motorized scooters/wheelchairs on any tours. Our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses cannot accept any type of stroller, wheelchair or luggage. Please contact us at 1-877-4551-1777 if you have any questions.
Service Dog Policy:
With the exception of registered service dogs, no animals are allowed on board any tour. Proper paperwork will be need be presented to staff for registered service dogs prior to boarding.
