  • Absolutely not! Vancouver is well-known for its rainy weather and our tours run rain or shine. Don’t forget to bring along an umbrella!
  • Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Direct Debit is currently not available.
  • Tickets purchased through WeChat or Alipay will not be accepted.
  • An adult is considered as anyone over the age of 13. Children are aged 3-12 years, and infants and toddlers under 3 are free on all services
  • No, at least 1 adult must book and travel with any children under the age of 12.

 

  • Currently, our Guided, Hop-On, Hop-Off and Private Tours are conducted entirely in English.  For Private Tours, we can provide a guide service offering a variety of languages for an additional $250 plus taxes per group.  Please request a preferred language at the time of booking.  We will require 48 hours to confirm a language guide on our Private Tours.
  • Masks will be provided for all guests on the tour. Each coach will have hand sanitizer accessible for all guests. Please view this link for our latest information.
  • Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing cannot accommodate motorized scooters/wheelchairs on any tours. Our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses cannot accept any type of stroller, wheelchair or luggage. Please contact us at 1-877-4551-1777 if you have any questions.

  • Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather depending on the season. Check the weather prior to arrival into Vancouver. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case of inclement weather.
  • If you are travelling in a large group please call our Contact Centre, and notify them of the groups you are travelling with. We will try our best to keep all groups together, however, it is not guaranteed. In addition, if you are seeking to inquire Private Charter services or have a group of 20 or more please click here, or call our Contact Centre at 604-451-1600 or e-mail charters@glwcs.com for further information.  Note that smaller groups booking the normal scheduled tour may not be guaranteed seating on the same vehicle.  
  • All of our Guided Tours offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off at select hotels in Vancouver, North Vancouver and Burnaby. Click here to view a complete list of our pick-up locations.
  • The Welcome Centre is located in the heart of the Main Plaza. The kiosk has a giant maple leaf printed on it.
  • We will not pick up at the Vancouver Airport.
  • We can drop-off service at Vancouver Airport.  Please contact our office to advise.
  • Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing must be advised 24 hours prior to tour departure that guests will be bringing luggage with them to Victoria.
  • All of our pages, except for the Hop-On, Hop-Off LiveBus Map, are protected by SSL Security, which encrypts all information sent to our server, including all personal information sent as part of the booking process, or on our Contact Us form. This does come at a small performance cost, and that is the reason we chose to disable it for our Live Bus Map.
  • All of the most popular browsers are supported, but we do recommend the use of the latest version of Google Chrome, as we have found it works best in most scenarios. If you don’t already have it, you can download it here.  Please avoid booking a tour using Google Chrome's Incognito function.
