Whistler Air – Spectacular Glacier Sightseeing by Floatplane

Do I need to show photo ID at check in?
It is required to bring a Government Issued photo identification for anyone 18 years or older upon check-in. Please have ID prepared before checking in for your flight.
How soon before flight time should I check in?
Guests must check in at least 45 minutes prior to any flight.
What are the change and cancellation policy?
For all scenic and packaged tours: partial or whole cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
**Unclaimed seats can be sold to stand-by passengers within 15 minutes of departure time and a no-show fee of 100% will be charged for unclaimed seats.
Are the planes wheelchair accessible?
This tour requires the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
What type of plane will I be on?
Whistler Air uses de Havilland DHC-3 Turbine Single Otter and DHC-2 Beaver seaplanes.
Can I be picked up from downtown Whistler?
Complimentary shuttle pick up/drop off to Whistler Village and select hotels is available. Please contact Whistler Air at (604) 932-6615 to confirm your pick up time, or have your hotel concierge make the arrangements.
