Sea to Sky Gondola

A spectacular feat of engineering in a spectacular setting, the Sea to Sky Gondola is your gateway to endless adventures! Located just south of Squamish on Highway 99, the 10 minute gondola ride is only part of the experience. Stunning views of Shannon Falls and the majestic walls of the Stawamus Chief, as well as vistas across Howe Sound. From the top of the gondola nature awaits, from hiking and walking trails to viewing platforms and the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge, the Sea to Sky Gondola has something for everyone.

Do I need a car to get to the Sea to Sky Gondola?
Normally yes, but the Squamish Connector will offer a pick up in 3 locations in downtown Vancouver and round trip transportation to the gondola.  When booking, choose the Sea to Sky Gondola - Shuttle & Admission option.
How long does it take to get to Whistler from Vancouver?
It takes about 1.5 Hours but keep in mind that our tours make a few stops along the way!
How long is the Sea to Sky Highway?
The total length from the U.S. border is about 409 kilometres (254 miles).
How long is the gondola ride?
The gondola ride is 10 minutes to the top.
Is the Sea to Sky Gondola wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Yes, the gondola cabins are wheelchair and stroller accessible. The Summit Lodge and viewing deck is also accessible (weather conditions permitting).
What is the elevation of the Summit Lodge?
The gondola climbs 850m to reach an elevation of 885m above Howe Sound.
