These are times we have never seen before, but health and safety take top priority. Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing wants to ensure the safety of our community, team members and visitors and do our part to help promote social distancing to prevent the spread of this virus. For this reason, effective as of 6:00 pm Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we will be suspending operations of our Hop-On, Hop-Off Sightseeing, Guided Tour, and charters until further notice.

Like the rest of the industry, this has not an easy decision to make, but one that is prudent as the COVID-19 virus escalates, and we need to protect our guests, partners, our team members, and support government and our local health care providers.

Our Call Centre will remain open remotely five days a week (Monday to Friday) with reduced hours to answer calls, handle booking inquiries and reply to emails. Our call volumes may be high, so please be patient.

Where possible, our team will be working from home, and we will be limiting public interactions, as suggested to help decrease the spread of the virus.

We want to wish you all good health in this unprecedented time. Please do everything you can to stay home, support your friends, family and team members where possible and stay safe.
