The boat tour is 1 hour, however, please to spend 2 hours including transfers.

Please note that there is limited accessibility for this tour. The main deck of the Magic Charm vessel is wheelchair accessible. However, the transfer trolleys are not wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheelchair accessible route to access the vessel, please contact community.relations@
Yes, there are 4 washrooms available onboard the boat.
No outside food is allowed on the boat. Bring your own refreshing beverages in a reusable container (no alcohol please).
Yes, due to safety concerns, children under the age of 3 are not allowed to attend the tour.
Changes or cancellations can be made anytime before 24 hours prior to tour departure. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable. Please note that no shows or missed departures will not be refunded.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather depending on the season. Check the weather prior to arrival into Vancouver. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case of inclement weather.
The tours will run rain or shine. The vessel features indoor/outdoor space.
Guests are welcome to bring a camera, video camera, a water bottles, and/or umbrella. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing for the boat journey.
The tour is conducted entirely in English.
