At Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing, we attribute much of our success to our passion for Vancouver and the strength of our teams. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for an engaged and qualified Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our Director, Communications + Marketing. This individual will contribute to existing marketing initiatives, while assisting with the development of new programs aligned with branding, corporate and traveller goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, with keen attention to detail and ability to handle diverse projects at once.

 

 

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE :

  • Social Media – Maintain all social media platforms including developing and scheduling all campaigns in line with product dates and budget
  • Website Management – Maintain all content of GLWCS website – updates, changes, and troubleshooting with regular reporting and analytic review
  • In-House Marketing Collateral – In house designer for all low volume internal and externals marketing pieces and collateral
  • Communication – Execute or assist with all internal and external communications/newsletters keeping GLWCS brand voice consistent all while managing and maintaining GLWCS internal CRM (Keap)
  • Programming – Lead on all internal recognition programs and all external community awareness programs.
  • E-Tourism Initiatives – Point person on initiatives; complete reviews, distribute results and recommendations, keep up to date on trends
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research and seminars – sharing best practices and marketing ideas/trend

WHAT WE WILL LIKE ABOUT YOU:

  • You love where you live and want to share it with the world
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge in using Illustrator and Word Press
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
