Guest Service Representative, Sales Team Associates

As a Guest Services Representatives, you will part of our Street Sales Team welcoming visitors to Vancouver. The large part of your role will be selling tours and attractions while acting as an information guide for the tourist.

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE :

  • Offering information, directions, and suggestions on things to do in Vancouver
  • Selling experiences and making reservations for guests and wholesalers
  • Communicating with the team and supervisors
  • Accurately performing sales transactions through handheld point-of-sales system
  • Assisting Tour Guides + Drivers by issuing tickets on board the bus
  • Greeting cruise ship passengers at the Port of Vancouver cruise terminal
  • Providing exceptional guest service at all times
