As a Guest Services Representatives, you will part of our Reservations Centre Team welcoming visitors to Vancouver and helping to create remarkable experiences. Your main focus will be to book experiences through phone and email while acting as a local expert for guests visiting our city.

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE :

  • Offering information, directions, and suggestions on things to do in Vancouver
  • Selling experiences and making reservations for guests, our Street Team, hotel concierges and wholesalers
  • Communicating with the team and supervisors
  • Accurately performing sales transactions over the phone and through email using our online booking system
  • Providing exceptional guest service at all times
