All Day Baggage Storage
Overview
Explore the beautiful city of Vancouver stress-free when you store your baggage with Westcoast Sightseeing’s All-Day Storage Baggage Service. Located at our Canada Place Cruise Terminal, you can access the baggage service daily between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please refer to the FAQ section for additional details.
This service is a popular option for:
- Disembarking cruise ship passengers who are not staying in Vancouver, but want to explore the city before their afternoon/evening flights leave.
- Guests who arrive in the early morning and are unable to check into their accommodations until a certain time (Airbnb, guest homes, hotels, bed and breakfasts).
- Guests with an overnight flight out of Vancouver who want to explore the city during the day.
We accept both large and small luggage pieces for storage, including:
- Large luggage (airline-style checked bags): Any bag that is compact, medium, large, extra-large, or oversized will be charged as a large bag. This includes golf clubs, large backpacks, traveling backpacks, garment/suit bags, large duffle bags, wheelchairs, strollers, and boxes.
- Small luggage (airline-style carry-on bags): A standard airplane carry-on/cabin-sized luggage and smaller. This includes purses, laptop bags, briefcases, small backpacks, school backpacks, small duffel bags, and tote bags.

Prices include attraction admission and taxes. Gratuity is optional and is not included in the price. If you feel our staff have gone above and beyond your expectations, gratuity will be greatly appreciated.
Frequently Asked Questions
A large bag is defined as an airline style checked bag. Any bag that is compact, medium, large, extra-large, and oversized will be charged as large. Including: golf clubs, large backpacks or traveling backpacks, garment/ suit bags, large duffel bags, wheelchairs, strollers and boxes.
A small bag is defined as an airline style carry-on. Including purses, laptop bags or briefcases, small/ school backpacks, small duffel bags, and tote bags.
Baggage storage is located at 999 Canada Place Way, inside the Cruise Ship Terminal. From your cruise ship: Visit the Ground Transportation Desk for bag drop off instructions When you are ready to pick up your bag: Visit the Welcome Kiosk at 999 Canada Place Way or call 1-877-451-1777 if you require assistance with directions.
There are currently no limitations on how many bags you can store.
There are currently no size restrictions for bags.
We are open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
Bags must be collected by 4:30 pm.
Bags cannot be stored overnight at the Cruise Ship Terminal. Bags not claimed by 5:00 pm, will be stored off-site and extra fees will be incurred.
We recommend guests picking up their luggage no later than 4:30 pm however, any unclaimed luggage after 5:00 pm will be transferred to the YVR Airport Baggage Service desk in Domestic Arrivals on Level 2. In addition, there will be a $75 cost which will be collected at the time of baggage pick up.
