Britannia Beach

Guided Tour Highlight

  • Sea to Sky Highway, BC, Canada

As we wind along the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway on the Whistler + Shannon Falls tour, we’ll pass through the historic mining town of Britannia Beach. A once booming copper mine in the late 1800s, the mine closed and in 1988 the town was declared a National Historic Site. Enjoy the unique setting of this quaint waterfront town with the newly restored Britannia Mine Museum cascading down the mountainside.
