Most standard size wheelchairs are able to fit on the boat but there are no wheelchair accessible washrooms.
To give guests the most bang for their buck, we base our service on hours instead of days. For example, if you board a bus at 3:00 pm, your ticket will be valid until 2:59 pm two days later.

In the summer, the first tour starts at 8:45 am with last pickups of the day starting at 5:15 pm. In the winter, the first tour starts at 9:10 am with the last pickups of the day starting at 3:15 pm.
Motorized and collapsible wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are accepted on Hop-On, Hop-Off buses and space is first come, first served.
