Step into a magical winter wonderland at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park with the return of the iconic Canyon Lights. The Park will be aglow with millions of holiday lights, filling the air with festive cheer, seasonal treats, and fun for the whole family.
Stroll across the world-famous suspension bridge, illuminated by a mesmerizing display of multi-coloured lights that span the canyon, creating a breathtaking glow from end to end. Then, wander along Cliffwalk‘s twinkling walkway along the cliff’s edge creating a stunning backdrop of lights along the granite cliff face. Over at Treetops Adventure, towering Douglas-fir trees are lit from tree top to bottom, offering visitors a fairytale-like journey up to 110 feet above the rainforest floor. This year’s event also brings back beloved fan-favourite displays and introduces exciting new features.
Capture Instagram-worthy photos, sip a decadent hot chocolate to the sound of live festive tunes or get in on all the festive fun of the many kids activities around the Park.

To give guests the most bang for their buck, we base our service on hours instead of days. For example, if you board a bus at 3:00 pm, your ticket will be valid until 2:59 pm two days later.
We offer fully recorded commentary in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin through the AudioMe app on all Hop-On, Hop-Off buses.
In the summer, the first tour starts at 8:45 am with last pickups of the day starting at 5:15 pm. In the winter, the first tour starts at 9:20 am with the last pickups of the day starting at 4:15 pm.
In the summer season, our scheduled frequency is every 30 minutes. In the winter, we arrive at each stop every 60 minutes. Schedules are subject to change without notice. For the most up-to-date information, visit our Live Map or contact us at 604-451-1600.
Capilano Suspension Bridge is open every day of the year, except for Christmas Day. Opening hours vary based on season. Visit their site for more information.
